RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at obucs217@gmail.com. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exchanges We accept exchanges. The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and once accepted, make a new purchase. Contact us at obucs217@gmail.com to begin.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.

Sale Items & Gift Cards Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
